1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Meldir's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Meldir provides custom client portal design and development services. Each project is scoped individually, and specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in a separate project agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom portal code and design assets created for their project. Meldir retains the right to use anonymized versions of the work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. A deposit is typically required before work begins. Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are billed on a recurring basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Meldir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
